Campaign deliverables and reports are provided via: email (reports, recommendations, monthly summaries), shared Looker Studio dashboards (live performance data), video call (monthly review calls and strategy sessions), and shared document links (strategy documents, audit reports, content approvals).

Campaign timelines are contingent on the Client providing required platform access within 5 business days of the discovery session. Delays in providing access, approvals, or content do not entitle the Client to extended service periods at no cost, as resource capacity has been allocated.
Strategy consulting hours purchased at checkout must be used within 60 calendar days of purchase. Unused hours expire and are forfeited, as they represent reserved specialist capacity that cannot be retrospectively applied.
