When you contact us, request an audit, or place an order, we collect your first name, last name, email address, phone number, and country of residence. Campaign-related access — such as Google Analytics or Google Ads access granted for campaign management — involves credentials shared securely outside this website and governed by a separate data processing agreement. Payment data is processed entirely by Stripe, Inc. We do not receive, store, or have access to your card details at any stage.
We process your data under GDPR Regulation (EU) 2016/679 on the following legal bases: (a) performance of a contract or pre-contractual steps at your request; (b) compliance with Italian legal obligations; (c) our legitimate interest in managing client relationships and improving our services. We do not use your data for automated profiling or decision-making.
Your data is used to respond to audit requests and enquiries, deliver contracted digital marketing services, issue invoices as required by Italian fiscal law, and communicate campaign performance. We do not sell personal data. We do not use your data for advertising targeting on third-party platforms without your explicit instruction as part of a campaign.
Stripe, Inc. processes all payment transactions and is governed by their privacy policy at stripe.com/privacy. Campaign management necessarily involves third-party platforms including Google LLC and Meta Platforms, Inc., which process data under their own terms. We provide clients with full transparency about which platforms we access on their behalf. No other third-party processors receive data collected through this website.
Enquiry and campaign correspondence is retained for 24 months after the last interaction. Invoice and payment records are retained for 10 years as required by Italian fiscal law (D.P.R. 633/72). Campaign access credentials are deleted within 14 days of contract termination.
You have the right to access, correct, erase, restrict processing, object to processing, or request a portable copy of your data. To exercise any right, email hello@glory-designs.com. We respond within 30 days. You may file a complaint with the Italian data protection authority (Garante per la Protezione dei Dati Personali — gpdp.it).
