All services →These Terms govern all purchases, retainer engagements, and one-time add-on orders placed through glory-designs.com from Glory Designs di Ferrara Giovanni, Tratto Ribotta, 5, 80056 Ercolano NA, Italy, VAT IT07182940638 (the "Agency"), by any person or entity placing an order (the "Client"). Completing a purchase constitutes full acceptance of these Terms.
Glory Designs provides digital marketing services including SEO Optimisation, PPC Management, Social Media Marketing, Content Marketing, Email Marketing, and Analytics & Reporting. All services are delivered digitally through campaign management, reporting, and communication conducted via email, video call, and shared dashboard access. No physical goods are produced or shipped.
Monthly retainer plans are billed one month in advance. The first month is charged in full at the time of order. Subsequent months are invoiced on the same calendar date in the following month unless the retainer is cancelled with the required notice. One-time add-ons are charged at the time of order. All prices are in Euro (EUR) and exclude Italian IVA (22%). EU business clients with a valid VAT number may be eligible for the reverse charge mechanism.
Following receipt of the first month's payment, the Agency contacts the Client within one business day to schedule the discovery and audit session. Campaign work begins in week two. The Client is responsible for providing required access credentials, content approvals, and feedback within the timeframes specified at onboarding. Delays caused by the Client in providing required access or approvals do not entitle the Client to a refund or extended campaign period at no cost.
For campaign management, the Client must grant the Agency appropriate access to relevant platforms (Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, Google Analytics, etc.). The Agency will request access through official platform mechanisms and will not request login credentials directly. All platform access is revoked by the Client upon termination of the engagement.
Monthly retainer plans require 30 days written notice to cancel. Notice must be sent to hello@glory-designs.com before the next billing date. The retainer continues for the full notice period, during which all services continue as normal. No refund is issued for the notice period.
The Agency cannot guarantee specific rankings, traffic volumes, conversion rates, or revenue outcomes. Digital marketing performance depends on factors outside the Agency's control including search engine algorithm changes, competitor activity, and market conditions. The Agency's total liability for any single claim shall not exceed fees paid in the two months preceding the claim. The Agency is not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages.
These Terms are governed by Italian law. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Naples (Tribunale di Napoli), Italy.
